“All or Nothing: A Season with the Los Angeles Rams” showed on Thursday former Los Angeles Rams head coach Jeff Fisher telling his assistant coaches that he had been fired.

The emotional moment came after the Rams’ 42-14 loss against the Atlanta Falcons. The room is somber and the coaches were shocked.

Fisher’s firing came in the middle of the season as the Rams went to 4-9. He did not have a winning season as the Rams’ coach and has not had a season where he finished above .500 since 2008 when he coached the Tennessee Titans.

He was replaced by Sean McVay for the 2017 season.
