The Golden State Warriors are reportedly set to bring back a key member off the bench for the next couple of seasons.
The Warriors and guard Shaun Livingston have agreed to a three-year, $24 million contract, ESPN reported Friday. The third year reportedly comes with a $2 million partial guarantee.
Of course, Livingston could have found more money somewhere else. He really has reinvented his game after a long career of going from team to team. He now has two rings with the Warriors and is on a squad that is going to win for ages.
In three years with Golden State, Livingston has averaged 5.8 points, 2.7 assists and a 52 percent shooting percentage. Those are some good numbers for a player who has primarily come off the bench for his team.
