New York Knicks guard and free-agent-to-be Derrick Rose has “legitimate” interest in re-signing with the team, ESPN reported Tuesday.

The issue between both sides is going to be about money. Rose is not going to get anywhere close to $20 million — $10 million has been floated as a more of a reasonable amount of money.

New York also only has one point guard on the roster — Frank Ntilikina. Adding Rose would be fine, if he was not a huge injury risk. It will be interesting to see who the Knicks go after.
