Free-agent-to-be Danilo Gallinari said Tuesday that the Denver Nuggets are not his first choice on his list as he heads into the offseason. Gallinari has every right to test the waters and see what he can get on the open market and that’s what he plans to do.
“Nuggets are not my first choice but they are exactly at the same level of the other teams. Denver’s advantage is that they can offer me a five-year contract while other franchises can offer me a four-year deal. Nuggets are at the same level of the others,” he told Premium Sport.
Gallinari is a sharpshooter and those type of players will come at a high price. He has already been linked to the Brooklyn Nets.
