The Boston Celtics reportedly have an ambitious offseason plan to try and acquire both Gordon Hayward and Paul George.

The Celtics are “sequencing the signing of free agent Gordon Hayward and relinquishing the assets needed to complete a trade for Paul George,” The Vertical reported Tuesday. Boston is seeking a commitment from Hayward before trading assets to acquire George.

According to the report, the Pacers’ patience may be running out and may not be willing to wait until the start of free agency to trade George.
