The Boston Celtics selected Duke forward Jayson Tatum with the No. 3 pick of the NBA Draft on Thursday night.

Tatum is considered the “most polished shooter” of the draft. There has been nothing short of great things being talked about regarding Tatum and if this is the guy the Celtics really wanted then he will fit in perfectly.

The 19-year-old will still have to figure it out in the NBA before he gets his feet under him, but putting him around Isaiah Thomas, Al Horford, Jae Crowder and Jaylen Brown is going to be an interesting development.

Boston traded down to get to No. 3. They gave the Philadelphia 76ers the No. 1 pick in a weekend trade. The 76ers selected Markelle Fultz.
