Usually the Boston Celtics losing a player like Amir Johnson for a playoff game is not a big deal. But after a comeback win over the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 3, the Celtics could use all the players they can get.

Johnson will sit out Game 3 against the Cavaliers on Tuesday night due to a shoulder injury. ESPN reported Johnson is suffering from a sprained AC joint. Kelly Olynyk will start in his place. Coach Brad Stevens later confirmed the injury.

The forward scored two points in just nine minutes for Boston on Sunday.
