The Cleveland Browns were reportedly fielding offers for its slew of picks in the first round last night and the team tried to rehash an offer to the New England Patriots.

The Browns called the Patriots to talk about quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo, but the Patriots turned down the offer, ESPN reported Friday. It’s unclear what the offer for Garoppolo was, but you could imagine it must have been something low if New England thought it did not meet requirements.

Cleveland is striking out, at least in that part of the draft.
