Year after year, New York Jets fans really have the right to boo whoever the front office would pick. Thursday, the Jets selected safety Jamal Adams with the No. 5 pick and there is no way any Jets fan could have booed Adams. He is the one that is going to become the leader of the Jets secondary and an anchor on the defensive side along with Leonard Williams. The former LSU standout has an NFL pedigree. His father George Adams played with the 1986 New York Giants Super Bowl team. The Jets are hoping that the winning gene was passed down to Jamal Adams.
