Over the next couple of days the internet will be littered with grades for each team from the NFL Draft. But I am here to tell you that you should stop looking at how “experts” grade your team based off its draft because there is no such thing on Day 1 as a failing grade.

Nobody knows how each rookie is going to perform during the season, so having draft grades this early is inherently stupid. There is not going to be a website you go to that is going to know what they are talking about when it comes to these draft grades. How can they know? Do they have a crystal ball they can see in the future?

The grades already put unfair pressure on the young professionals to perform when they have not even put on the helmet of their new teams yet. Listen, you should come to the LA Sports Pulse for all kinds of sports news, columns and thought-provoking things. Draft grades, NFL or otherwise, will not be here.

Whether your team is the Cleveland Browns, Houston Texans or Chicago Bears, you win. Your team won the draft. Congrats. Everyone gets an A+!
