The Cleveland Browns could have a sure-fire all-pro defensive lineman in Myles Garrett with the first pick of the NFL Draft in a couple of weeks. However, ESPN reported that Cleveland could go in a different direction with the top selection.
“Don’t be surprised if Myles Garrett isn’t the No. 1 pick,” a league executive told ESPN.
To make matters even more interesting, Bleacher Report reported that Mitchell Trubisky could be the guy the Browns take at No. 1. Trubisky could very well be there at No. 12 when the Browns’ have its second first-round selection.
Cleveland does need a quarterback. But a lot of draft boards have Trubisky or DeShaun Watson falling down to around that pick. It will be very interesting if the Browns skip on Garrett.
