Texas A&M defensive end Myles Garrett is still insisting that he would like to play for the Cleveland Browns, despite a video in which he said he wanted the Dallas Cowboys to trade Tony Romo to the Browns for the No. 1 pick. Garrett is a Cowboys fan.
Garrett said in an interview with Sirius XM on Thursday that he would love go to No. 1 and play for any team that would draft him.
“I don’t mind where I play at all. I just want to go No. 1 and be the best player in the draft and be the best player in the league for years to come. It doesn’t matter who I’m with. I’d love to play for the Browns, I’d love to play for anybody who picks me up No. 1. My goal is to just go No. 1 and have a successful career.”
Garrett had 31 sacks and 46 tackles for a loss in three seasons with the Aggies.
