2017 NFL Draft: First 2 Rounds Could Yield 5 Quarterbacks

The NFL Draft could be one of the more intriguing ones in recent memories. There is so much loaded talent at the skill positions, but we could still see nearly a half-dozen quarterbacks taken in the first two rounds.

An NFC team executive told Monday Morning Quarterback on Friday that five quarterbacks could go in the first two rounds of the draft.

“It’s a good quarterback class,” the executive said. “Realistically, all five of those guys go in the first two rounds.”

Deshaun Watson, Mitch Trubisky and Deshone Kizer are expected — as of now — to go in the first round. Patrick Mahomes of Texas Tech and Davis Webb of Cal could go in the second round.
