The Oakland Raiders and coach Jack Del Rio agreed to a four-year contract extension on Friday, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.

Del Rio gets rewarded for the Raiders getting back into the playoffs. If it wasn’t for the injury to Derek Carr, the team may have outlasted the Kansas City Chiefs for the AFC West division crown.

Del Rio has won 19 games in two years with the Raiders.
