For the second straight season, Terrell Owens was left out of the Pro Football Hall of Fame list. Jason Taylor and Morten Anderson were some of those included in Saturday’s announcement.

Owens took to Twitter before the official announcement was made to say he was left off the list.

Owens doesn’t have the Super Bowl ring, but the stats speak for itself. Owens caught 1,079 passes for 15,934 yards and had 153 touchdown catches. Owens single-handily carried quarterbacks like Jeff Garcia and Donovan McNabb to playoff wins.

He made whatever team he was on better, and the only real reason why he’s not in the Hall of Fame is because of his relationship with the media. There’s no way Taylor is a first ballot Hall of Famer over Owens, who will now have to wait a third year.
