USC Will Have Healthy Running Backs For Rose Bowl Vs. Penn State

For the first time all season, USC will have all running backs at 100 percent for when the Trojans take on Penn State at the Rose Bowl next week.

The two-headed monster of Justin Davis and Ronald Jones were never on the field at the same time, and in some cases it hurt USC. Both players had a couple of good games and really helped Sam Darnold open up the passing game a bit.

There’s no better time for some of USC’s best players to come back. Penn State isn’t going to be an easy game. The Nittany Lions have a chip on their shoulders after getting bounced from the College Football Playoff.

USC and Penn State might arguably the two best teams in the nation — two teams you definitely wouldn’t want to play in a playoff scenario in January. The Top 4 better be happy no one has either of these teams on their side of the bracket.
