The New York Yankees, Boston Red Sox and Houston Astros are rumored to be the three teams that are going to be the “most competitive” for free agent outfielder Carlos Beltran, according to the New York Post.

Beltran will be 40 once the season starts next April. He managed to hit 29 home runs last season spending time between the Yankees and the Texas Rangers.

The Post reported that the Rangers aren’t to be slept on when it comes to Beltran this winter either.
