Ole Miss quarterback Chad Kelly spent his Friday back home in his native Buffalo. He took the time to watch his brother in a high school football game and had an active role in an on-field altercation.

Apparently, Kelly’s brother took a late hit and he didn’t have any of it. Video shows Kelly rushing the field and getting into a heated altercation.

According to Deadspin, the game was suspended. It’s unclear what discipline Kelly is going to face, if any, for the outburst.

Coach Hugh Freeze tweeted a statement later Friday night, per The Clarion-Ledger.

“I have spoken to Chad and his family. He understands that he should have handled this difficult situation with his brother differently. He has apologized, and we will continue to address this when he returns to campus.
