Wake Forest football will wear a special decal on their helmets Saturday in honor of the late golfer Arnold Palmer. Palmer was a student at Wake Forest before he went into the U.S. Coast Guard and launched into a historic golfing career. The Demon Deacons will wear the sticker against Syracuse. An umbrella will be placed on the back of the helmet. Obviously, it’s one of the most recognizable signatures because of Arnold Palmer’s famous cold beverage. Wake Forest will win a lot of people over with this move.
