The New York Giants were scoring early and often against the Washington Redskins on Sunday. On their next drive following a Shane Vereen rushing touchdown, Eli Manning floated a pass to rookie wide receiver Sterling Shepard for a touchdown to put the Giants up 14-0 in the first quarter. Shepard is really making Manning and the Giants look very good so early in the season. The crazy thing is, Shepard is the No. 3 receiver and his burning defenders in the slot. New York’s offense is clicking early.
