Protest over racial injustice, started by San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick, has trickled into college football and high school football. Five black SMU Mustangs band members decided to follow suit Friday night and kneel while playing the National Anthem, according to the Dallas Morning News. You can see some members still playing their instruments while on one kneel. It was a pretty interesting moment to see before the start of the game. The Morning News reported that several Mustangs students knelt in the stands.
