The New Orleans Saints are breathing a heavy sigh of relief Sunday after cornerback P.J. Williams was carted off a backboard and taken to a hospital when he received two knees to his head while trying to make a tackle.

Williams was able to move his fingers and toes, but was diagnosed with a concussion, according to Fox Sports, per Pro Football Talk.

Williams was nailed in the head by New York Giants tight end Larry Donnell and teammate Craig Robertson.
