The New York Knicks are lining up to sign Joakim Noah and have another guard in mind to add to their team right off the bat in the free agent period.

According to The Vertical’s Adrian Wojnarowski, Eric Gordon and the Knicks are “discussing parameters of a possible deal.”

The Knicks have made some big splashes so far this offseason. Adding Gordon would certainly beef up the team’s roster and make them a solid playoff contender, but possibly not a conference finals contender.

Gordon averaged 15.2 points and 2.7 assists for the New Orleans Pelicans last sason.
